STALLION SERVICE AUCTION RULES

Anyone can bid on a stallion service.

Breedings donated ONLY include the stud fee.  Collection fees, farm fees, shipping fees, etc...still need to be paid for by mare owners.

Breeding must be used for designated mare that winning bidder designates on the contract.  If said mare does not get in foal, mare may be substituted only during the current breeding season, and only if purchaser submits the substitute mare form to KISS Stallions and communicates this with KISS Stallions.

Once the auction is over, the highest bidder must provide KISS Stallions with mailing information. A contract will be sent to the bidder immediately. The contract will need bidder information, designated mare form and payment included with prompt return to K.I.S.S.

Breeding purchased through the auction do not come with a re-breed offered by K.I.S.S. (if said mare does not concieve).  Stallion owners can choose to offer a re-breed at their own discretion.

Breedings purchased through the SSA may NOT be sold and must be used by the winning bidder.

PAYMENT FOR THE STALLION SERVICE MUST BE RECEIVED WITH THE CONTRACT BY MARCH 1st OR BEFORE THE BREEDING SERVICE IS USED.

If payment is not made by the due date, the second highest bidder will get the breeding service.

Stallion owners will be notified when payment is made.

When resultant K.I.S.S. colt is nominated into the program, they will receive a special K.I.S.S. sticker that designates SSA and year eligible.  This will differentiate them from the other K.I.S.S. colts born that year.
